Replacement & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Trendsful. Our online shop provides personalized product from our independent designers back by high-quality material and reliable production to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to contact us and we will try our best to meet your request.

For most cases, we do not require you to return the item. Because each item is custom-made for you. That means If you are offered a refund or a replacement order, there will be no need to return the received item. 

The following reasons are covered by our 30 Days Refund / Replacement Policy.

  • Item received is different from the description or the product customization information.
  • Item received is defective/damaged/broken/does not work properly.
  • Incorrect ormismatched size.
  • Lost/missing

The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30 days Refund & Replacement Policy. We are not liable for these issues.

  • Request for a refund/replacement is after 30 days of product delivery.
  • Pick the wrong size, product, address, custom information, etc.
  • Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from the customer's handling.
  • Personal Reasons due to personal taste, change of mind, etc.
  • Products purchased during a sale or any  promotion.

To file a claim, please send us an email to service@trendsful.com and include the following information (this is a must):

  • Order number
  • Video/ photo of the defective product
    • If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error. 
    • If your claim is in regards to a print size or placement issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.
    • If some of your items are missing, please provide us an image of the received package's cover including the detailed shipping label so we can forward to our production department to investigate the problem

Our support team will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item and, if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you for no additional cost to you. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs). 

Important Note: For refunds without quality issues, you will receive a 85% refund of the product amount. A 15% deduction applies as a crafting fee for personalized items.

Refund Time

If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:

Credit/Debit Card: 5-14 business days

Paypal: 3-5 business days (up to 30 days if pay with card)
