Please make sure all details, including the recipient’s name, are CORRECT. Otherwise, the items may be returned to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of by them. Trendsful.com is NOT responsible for the unsuccessful delivery of your order due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information.
Changing your address or any other chenages are eligible within 4 hours of placing your order. Modifications are not possible after this period.
We may reach out to confirm your shipping address if issues arise, such as incorrect city, state spelling, or ZIP code. Please note that timely delivery cannot be guaranteed in these situations.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
