Replacement & Refund

We will provide replacement and refund within 30 days. If the product you receive has any of the following issues, we will offer you a replacement and refund service, ensuring that you ultimately receive satisfactory service：

• Significantly different from the description or the preview shown to you;
• Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier;
• Not what you ordered;

At Trendsful, we go the extra mile to get all orders fulfilled and successfully delivered as soon as possible since we completely understand that the order arriving on time for your special occasions is essential. 

All items offered on Trendsful are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we make the items just for you, this is the reason for the delivery times below.

Orders are processed when the payment is accepted. Please note that Items are shipped from our warehouse in China.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIME

Please keep in mind that your package’s Estimated Arrival = Production time + Shipping time. 

- Production process includes order fulfillment based on your personalization, quality checks to ensure that every item reaches our customers in the best condition, and packaging.

- Shipping time is calculated from the day your order leaves our door to your delivery address. Keep in mind that Production and Shipping times vary based on item types and delivery locations. Note: The provided timeframe is an estimate.

SHIPMENT

You can enjoy free shipping on orders over $79. When available, you can opt for express shipping for an additional fee. Please note that if you select Express Shipping for your order, a mailing address and contact number are required, as delivery cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses.Delivery times vary depending on your shipping destination.

SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES & REGIONS

Please note:

1. The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US/UK with standard shipping methods.
   
2. Delivery to military regions are currently limited. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
3. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
4. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
5. Large orders (Canvas, Poster) can not be shipped to PO Box address and will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery.
   
6. Kindly be advised that we cannot ship your order to a non-postal address or multiple addresses. Please provide us with your mailing address or place separate orders in case you want to ship each item to different places.
7. With busy special occasions including (but not limited to) Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Halloween or Christmas, production and delivery time might extend a few days longer. Our cut-off times should be publicly shown on our website. We do not guarantee the on time arrival or take responsibility for late delivery of orders placed after cut-off dates. 
8. When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order on the Trendsful.com website's "Track order" page using your order number and email. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please make sure all details, including the recipient’s name, are CORRECT. Otherwise, the items may be returned to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of by them. Trendsful.com is NOT responsible for the unsuccessful delivery of your order due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information.

Changing your address or any other chenages are eligible within 4 hours of placing your order. Modifications are not possible after this period.

We may reach out to confirm your shipping address if issues arise, such as incorrect city, state spelling, or ZIP code. Please note that timely delivery cannot be guaranteed in these situations.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
